M-khiin-Friendship v1.2

This a re-release of the M-khiin-Friendship mod which I am care taking now:

From bucketfulofsunshine:

This adds a short friendship track for M'Khiin through Siege of Dragonspear. Exactly as it says on the tin. 
I'm still working on getting her tone just right, and rewrites will certainly happen, but it works and is completed.
