Hey! I took a moment to test it: yes, it's FnP. I don't think it's fixable. I mean, the author would need to somehow exclude his mod from modifying the mod; I can't do a thing about it. Sorry. I think DoF should mix better, if you want to add some divine magic mod. IIRC, Heph should be installed after DoF (if you install him before, he may get extra spells he's not supposed to have... unless you want to cheat a bit, not sure if there would be any other complications). 

I may add a note that FnP is not compatible with Heph next time I'm updating the mod.
