There are a few less quests later on because BG city and Cloakwood areas feel much less "empty" than some other areas 
But there is still some more content left for you to enjoy.
As for the Centeol quest -- I think it mostly adds a journal you can give to Poe and then return to him later on to hear the song about her? Or something like that, it's a very old component, I can barely remember it properly.
