Does this mod add the guy in SoD with the chimera friend? If so, I'm not sure about the feasibility of the relation to the Legion of the Chimera. Isair and Madae disappear in 1312 DR while the Bhaalspawn events take place at about 1368-1369. I'm not sure there would really still be anyone involved with that organization
(although I do like the easter egg for IWD2 Wink )
Yes, I know when these games happen. Well, the mod doesn't say they are still a working organization. The dialogue says:

~Legion of the Chimera was... like an army. Or a sect. They operated in the Severed Hand, an elven citadel within the Spine of the World.~
~The hero of Icewind Dale saved people, but some of the most devoted members of the Legion continued fighting. It was more... personal, though. They wouldn't accept failure and thus they continued doing what they would always do for the Legion. Just... on a smaller scale.~

Those are just survivors that are nothing else, but thugs that believe there is any pride left in the Legion. They are bandits who think these emblems/symbols have any meaning now.

It just struck me as odd being nearly 60 years later. It would be outside the likely lifespan of any human members. But that's my opinion.
(although, it would officially be heroES, since there is no central character in the IWD games like in the BG games Wink )
I wouldn't call that impossible considering it's Forgotten Realms. Plus, those can be kids of the former members, who then got their hand on emblems, journals, and other stuff. Furthermore, it wouldn't be unusual for fanatic parents to raise kids teaching about how "powerful and great" the Legion was. There are many possible scenarios here. Actually, I wanted to make them half-elves, but there's something about the animation of elves I just dislike... not sure why... so I kept them human, as the scenarios I wrote two sentences before are also possible. But perhaps I will change those animations at some point.

As for the plural / singular thing: well, perhaps that's because I finished the game 3 times, 2 of them playing with a solo character Tongue That's also an option.

Anyway, I hope you can still enjoy the mod, even if you won't find such a cameo convincing.

of course Smile I have yet to find a mod of yours I don't like....you're the best and worst thing to happen to my mods Tongue cause I love your stuff but it makes my games take way longer XD
Thank you!
Can anyone help me where to find the 4 shards? I've found only one and am about to go to baldurs gate.
AFAIR, one of the tombs (area where's the exit from Nashkel Mines), ankhegs' lair, archeological site and... wyvern lair, I think?
Yeah found them, thanks!
You're welcome!
Is the
halfling's corpse from the quest The Bone Collector
needed for something later in the game?

EDIT:

Found a dwarf next to the Siren inn in the city. Also, now after talking with the dwarf it occured to me - this dead halfling isn't he...

Dendjelion from your IWD mod, Lava? ^^'
Yep. That's a small easter egg from me...
That is why he is referred to asĀ  "D" and the item icon has the exact colors of his portrait.
So to add to that, what we talked above - I've returned to the Friendly Arm Inn, and talked with Bentley. There's a new dialogue option about the symbole that I found in the BG sewers, on the dead halfrling's body. I can tell Bentley about the symbole, he says that I should not use it etc. etc. And when I finish the dialogue, and talk to him again - the same option pops up. I've spammed this option many times, and nothing happens - should there something happen?
Nope, it's not a quest. His quest included a similar symbol and I felt PC should be able to mention it in the dialogue. That's that, nothing else.
Got a question about Tanar'ri Bones - were those designed to be unkillable, and I'm wasting my time, or am I doing something wrong?
