These forgeable artifacts are scattered throughout the whole game, including TotSC areas. Luckily for me, I forgot where I put them so even if you poke me, I can't tell you where they are
I am absolutely stumped finding the fourth circle (the fourth one in the list of Circles of Interest) - found the other three. Am in Chapter 7, so I feel like I just missed it.

Okay, so I need to find one more.
I do have a quest, for a Melting Man. And I have most of the areas uncovered. Did I missed something? I have never stumbled upon him. :/
He's on the are right north from Nashkel. There is this water there, near the southern edge of that wilderness area. There is an entrance there, in a rock surrounded by water. You may need to make a circle around the rivers/ponds to get to the entrance if you're traveling from Nashkel.
However, you may need to start the quest by talking to a boy that's somewhere near the Nashkel's inn.
Yeah, I've talked with the boy. He gave me the quest for the Melting Man, but I just wasn't able to find the location to proceed with it. Will check that area soon. ;3
Okay... I've got all of the shards - four of them, and all of them merged into one item. But in the quest there is no indicator what to do with it, or where. Kinda need help. ^^
As in the item description: "They seem to... be waiting to be activated?" You MAY use it from the quick slot if you want. But that's up to you.
I'm kinda lost. Did a lot of other quests - pretty fun to play. A nice refresher after so many years of base content in the game. I've found ormyrrs, and the only thing that I'm missing right now is the crown for one of them. The journal says, it should be near by. I've searched the area where corpses are, and all of the map areas around the new map area with ormyrrs - with no luck. :/
