Warning, name of the items might be somewhat spoiler-ish. I'll spoiler it just in case.

Energy of Planar Shades - l#ciren.itm

"Equipped Abilities:
3% chance to apply Breach on target upon a successful hit
5% chance to cause an additional 4 magic damage upon a successful hit
When the target is killed with this item, the wielder of the Energy gains +1 Casting Speed and +1 Casting Level for 2 rounds
Equipped Abilities:
Casting Speed: +1
Casting Level: +1
Can memorize 2 additional 1st-level arcane spells"

Equipped abilities block is repeated. The first block should be combat abilities. The consensus in BG descriptions though is to have the equipped abilities first, and then combat abilities (and then charge abilities if they also exist -- see Staff of Magi for an example).

l#frgb0.itm (The Raccoon), l#zsod3 (Dragonsbane Shield +1) , l#zsod6 (Ring of the Blood Arcana), l#zsod7 (Tome of Arc-Akasha), l#zsod8 (Scepter of Arc-Akasha), l#zsod9 (Chinon's Spellblade), l#bhahe (Skull of Murder), l#bhasy (Symbol of Bhaal) also have inverted order, charge abilities normally come after equipped abilities and combat abilities.

l#frgx0 (Crossfate) has an extra whitespace between 1d8 and 2

l#gnowa.itm (Wand of Hold Undead) has the full description of the vanilla spell pasted after it. Normally charge abilities have a line under (if anything, sometimes they just have nothing) saying something like "Special: Hold 1d4 undead creatures rigidly immobile for 1 turn if a Save vs. Spell is failed". l#basr3.itm (Shell of Ranger's Shot) also does this.

Also I've seen a common issue in a few like l#rni3 (Halberd of the Proudblood +2) and l#rni5 (Crimson Realm +2), where the main damage isn't separated from the extra damage. For example:

Your version:

"Damage: 1d6+3 (crushing) +1 Fire Damage"

The usual way it's done:

Damage: 1d6+3, +1 Fire Damage
Damage type: Crushing

l#zsod1 (Lost Legacy):

"Damage type: crushing" <-- Damage type should be capitalized

z#sod5 has the following in the description:

"Combat abilities:
Maximum Hit Points: -10
Each hit deals 1 additional magic damage and transfers it to the wielder
Each hit confuses the target for 2 rounds (Save vs. Spells at +3 to avoid)"

I thought it meant that when hitting targets their maximum HP is reduced, but it's the user. In that case, it should probably be put in an Equipped abilities block above this one.

Not a big deal in any case, but just for your consideration if you want to push an update in the future. Thanks for your mods, I appreciate your work greatly.

Hi! Will look at these when I'm updating the mod Smile in regard to charge/equipped/combat abilities order, I have my favourite here, so I may keep it my way -- I suppose there is a number of minor liberties I want to take when creating stuff, even if for my own sake and taste Smile  But I will see the reports again when the time comes, as some other stuff you mentioned should clearly be corrected Smile Cheers!
Lava Del'Vortel, also known as Weasel. Enjoy my mods. They were made by a fan for other BG/IWD fans. Want to buy me a coffee? Read this post first.
