First time trying this mod. I like it, but I think the some tactical settings/mods seem to not apply 

Stratagems - better calls for help - enemies do not chase you, making combat easier. Install order last.
Tweaks Anthology's - Max HP Creatures - install order after ink gallery

I make my mods with original difficulty in mind - these are just pre-Spellhold set of unique fights and a brand new way of spending gold -- mostly because players end up with tons of gold with not enough ways of spending it. As we could already hear from Lumorus, some stuff is already difficult for some players, and I am one of these players. Sometimes other mods (like TA) detect other mods, and apply changes, but it's on the tweaks side to do it, my stuff is on the level I wanted it to be. 

Legacy of Bhaal mode - enemies do not seem to have better hp, thaco, etc. Install order - N/A, but with new game

I quickly checked it: it should apply just fine. Some creatures (mostly companions) may use "ignore nightmare mode", but I checked enemies added by this mod, and they all have that option turned off, so it's either an engine glitch or some other mod changed something.
