First time trying this mod. I like it, but I think the some tactical settings/mods seem to not apply 

Stratagems - better calls for help - enemies do not chase you, making combat easier. Install order last.
Legacy of Bhaal mode - enemies do not seem to have better hp, thaco, etc. Install order - N/A, but with new game
Tweaks Anthology's - Max HP Creatures - install order after ink gallery

I do not know if I am right or if this was intentional, but the battles seem a bit easier than 'average' battles using these settings.
