Sorry, but it's up to players how they mix mods. This was made with the original design of the game, but if someone wishes to mix things that are clearly not meant to work together, there's not much I can do about it - the only option would be putting item components in the OC campaign only and ignoring the HoW and the TotLM locations, and I'm not doing that, sorry. 

If you wish, you may still use the console to visit the blacksmith.
