I remember very little about how this quest works, it's been years since I wrote / played it. I see he should be in AR1513 area (coordinates 1550.1883) if you succeeded in the relations with Bunny ( Global("ISHGrannyRelationsActive","GLOBAL",2) ).

You may try checking it or summoning him (9xGenie), but I won't be much help regarding this quest right now. Hopefully, this information will help you deal with the problem.
