Mod Installer 14.6.0

New Mod Installer Release
The mod_installer has had a few new releases. I've removed the gui as @born2besalty has taken over development of that. I've added the bell character check which will catch all questions as of weidu v251. And I've added a generic flag for passing args to weidu.

Please note I do not check the forums often, please open an issue on github or dm me on discord.
