Was checking some stuff and saw that the pool container in the L#FAL4 area was missing the script named above. Is that normal?

Yes, it's all fine. The shape of that encounter changed and the script was no longer needed. The refference is there in case I ever needed it for some reason. It won't cause any bugs or problems, it was tested more than once.
