Let me start with one statement - Lhannd is probably my favorite mod that adds a new romance companion (the game itself definitely suffers from a lack of good mlm romance representation, kudos to you for your effort Lava). From the very first meeting, Lhannd is introduced in an interesting, unusual way. At first, by getting to know him and the story of his family and the loss of the family business, we can learn a lot about him. Yet! This handsome guy still has a lot of secrets up his sleeve. By choosing Lhannd as a member of your team, we get several opportunities to develop him, which involves making important, irreversible decisions regarding his personal quest. What's more - if this is something that interests you, Lhannd is open to romantic relationships with both women and men. I played through the entire romance with him, I have the final slide saved and I must admit that I am happy with what I was offered. A definite recommendation from me. And I'm quite picky about the companions I travel the Forgotten Realms with.

Pros:
- probably the best mod that adds a new companion (in my honest opinion)
- a sprawling, engaging and well-written romance
- an interesting story of the character, his past and what will await him while traveling with you
- eye-pleasing character art, well reflecting the character of Lhannd and how he was written
- very good voice acting, adding depth to the character and, in its own way, bringing it to life
- a plot twist regarding the character's history and the most important choice in it to make

Cons:
- a few typos and missing words, taking some of the immersion out of the game

Final score: 9.8/10 (but lets be honest, that's a 10/10 for me, even with those typos and missing words)

I've tried to recruit Lhannd but after the late delivery of the amulet he told me to wait a day and after a day is passed he disappeared, not just from his house but from Athkatla. He mentioned that he might not be there after the day, did I mess up?

First of all I'd like to say big thank you for all your work, I played like maybe half of you mods and enjoyed them tremendously!

I'm playing with Lhannd in party now - I like him a lot, he has a really nice personailty and dialogues. But it seems there is some issue, cause we went to Goverment District and right after the entering to area Lhannd told about the candle flickering and I started to look for what I guess from mod files secret door, I went all area twice and went inside the houses - but nothing, could you help me please? where should this door be located?

So I'm in Spellhold and meet up with Saemon (sp?). I've tried all dialogue options, but Lhannd leaves the group after he says "Don't kill me, but that makes sense" (or something similar). The romance is active and he did take the amulet with him from his quest. I didn't kick him out and there wasn't a dialogue for booting him. Does he come back at some point? I played until just before you take the portal to the Underdark.

Meet Lhannd Valdove, a chaotic good fallen ranger. He hails from a once-noble Athkatlan family who lost their legacy and drowned in problems. Will you lend a hand in breaking what others perceive as a curse, or will the chain of unfortunate events continue?
The mod comprises quests that expand Athkatla's Government District, including the addition of the Valdove Estate, situated above the local prison. If you are open to offering Lhannd a sympathetic ear, you may embark on a friendship or romance path that will help you get to know him even better, and... perhaps see his other side. Both men and women may romance him, however, the player character can't be of chaotic evil alignment for the romance to start.
To find Lhannd, venture into the Crooked Crane tavern located at the City Gates. The initial encounter serves as the starting point for his first quest.
