I noticed that with SCS option to turn spell sequencers into innate abilities that Dynaheir has chain contingency at level 12 but cannot cast 7 or higher level spells.
Assume this is because legacy of bhaal mode is enabled.
Not causing issues, just wanted to mention.

Sorry, I do not use SCS. If I forgot to disable the LoB mode on her cre, I will do it when I have a moment.
