Can't Find Arszyk - Thacobell - 08-21-2025
The readme says he can be found when exploring the Vale of Shadows, but I can't find him for the life of me.

Hi! Go to the ice cave. There, you will see a character trapped in ice, on the norther part of that room. Cast burning hands or something else that causes area fire damage and you will free him
