Updated mod to 1.5.4

Changelog is too long, but it contains a bunch of important fixes for some components, as well as some pre-fixes my mod will do to ensure a consistent behavior in the game, along with other misc fixes.

• The mod will automatically fix sexless and genderless creatures that are set to male or female, such that they are set to 'niether' such that effects that specifically target gender do it in a manner that makes more sense. Examples of this are demons, celestials, mind flayers, golems, among others.
  
• Description patching for daggers now works better in dagger boost component
  
• Fixed the buckler part of the shield component not working at all like it should. The finesse component no longer manages this for thieves, it's now all part of the shield component.
  
• Finesse now works fine since it was broken several versions ago mysteriously, making it work only once.
  
• Wand rebalance will now affect Imoen's wand of magic missiles
  
• Buckler parry is generally more powerful, and bards have higher chances to parry compared to other classes that are not thieves
  
• Restoration component now optionally modified Greater Restoration so it's significantly more powerful, healing the whole party, with various drawbacks to add balance
