(At least I assume this is an unintended effect.) The on-critical-hit death spell effect is detected as a cast wizard spell, so fighting outside in the city without a magic license will attract the Cowled Wizards.

Will take a look at that once I'm updating the mod. I think I noticed that once, and then forgot about it...
