Weidu

I've done some work (which a massive understatement) to release weidu using CI and updated development practices. This has culminated in a new weidu release. It is backwards compatible. Just taken from the latest commit on the devel branch of weidu. Find the relevant links below:

WeiDU latest version. Download the latest version of WeiDU. This is probably what you want unless you are doing historical work!

Please report issues or bugs on github/discord. I do not check the forums regularly.
