Snowytoes Hamlet Quest.
I change party leader to hafling (thief) before initial talking in village, but i recive only static friend (L#HABEL1) belt and belt appears in my mage/cleric (half-elf) inventory 

Mage/cleric was the person ho spoke with Hog Beesponge in Dragon Eye.

It is OK or no?

It's checking for the leader and in Infinity Engine no matter if you move the character in formation, the first character you made will always be Player1. That's how this engine works.
